The members of the Committee have heard one of the authors of the Bill (Reg.№4513), People´s Deputy, V. Pysarenko. He grounded the non-correspondence Yu. Ekhanurov to the occupied post by the numerous violations investigated during check of the General Control-Supervision Administration. The corresponding appellations were directed to the Prosecution General of Ukraine for the necessary reacting.
The representative of -Supervision Administration, I. Stefaniuk informed on the violations during the military food provision, facts of illegal allotment of lands of Ministry on Defence of Ukraine violations in the sphere of fuel material.
During the discussion the members of the Committee pointed out the attention on the facts of violations in the work of the Ministry on Defence.
Chairman of the Committee, Anatoliy Grutsenko emphasized that Yu. Ekhanurov should be dismissed from the occupied post firs of all because of non-completion of the Law "On Quantity of Military Forces of Ukraine for the Year 2008.
The Chairman of the Committee declared also that the Minister on Defence has not completed the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning the prohibition on the allotment of lands of defence to the executive power and local self-governing bodies.
A. Grytsenko accused Yu. Ekhanurov in the fact that 16 helicopters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were leased by the understated prices.
The Members of the committee by 11 votes "for" and one "refrained" upheld the Bill of the Resolution.
The Committee has directed the resolution to the General Committee on elaboration of the issue the Committee on State Building and Local Self-Governing.
